Enter the home through an oversized front door and spacious entryway. The large living room is straight ahead and the hall to the left will take you along the dining room to the stairs, kitchen to the left and the only first floor bedroom at the end of the hall. The first floor bathroom is through the kitchen and through the short hall. The stairs will take you the second floor where you will find the large guest bathroom through the first door on the right. The second door on the right leads to the primary suite, with en-suite bath. The door straight ahead leads to a comfortable room with a queen size bed. The door to the left leads to the guest room featuring 2 twin extra-long beds and a desk. The last door on the left takes you to the final guest room with a queen size bed. 

The backyard and pool deck is very large for a home in Condado. Take advantage of the loungers, outdoor dining table under the pergola and the BBQ area with workspace and cover. The private saltwater pool is a great place to cool off!
