This unique property features 2 single family homes with backup GENERATORS and water, a private salt-water pool and jacuzzi, and tons of outdoor area to relax, sleeps 22! Each home is stocked with everything you need, including parking for up to 6 cars between the two homes. Safely walk to the Condado Lagoon, Condado Beach, and the luxurious shopping and dining of Ashford Ave. Old San Juan is a short Uber ride away. Wifi speeds up to 1000Mbps!

These homes can also be booked separately, but when you book them together a gate will be opened between the properties creating a large villa for up to 22 people.

Villa 1 features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. Three of the bedrooms have a king size bed, while 3 have a queen size bed. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a BBQ area in the backyard as well as a Jacuzzi for up to 5 people at a time. You can park up to 4 cars on the property at this villa.

Villa 2 features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, formal dining room and large living room. Two bedrooms have a king size bed, two have a queen size bed and 1 has two twin extra long beds. The back yard features a covered outdoor dining area, BBQ area and a private salt water pool! Up to 2 cars can be parked at this villa.
