1) El Oceano En Tu Mesa: If you are a fresh seafood lover, this location is a must-try. Chef Jorge is an avid fisherman with roots in 5-Star dining. His restaurant embodies 'ocean to table'. He catches, prepares and serves delectable fish with flavorful seasoning and sauces. Don't judge this book by its cover. He works out of a stationary food truck, but what he delivers is simply impeccable.

2) Terruño: Terruño is located at the Kiosks in Luquillo. This is a must stop for excellent Puerto Rican food and seafood. They often have live music, and a nice ocean view from the back tables.

3) Lluvia Deli Bar & Artefacto: This gem is located in downtown Palmer and features excellent coffee, breakfast, lunch, and brunch items on the weekend. Very tastefully decorated, excellent food & I do recommend the Bacon Bloody Mary!

1) La Estación: Stop here for the best BBQ and smoked meats on the east side of the island. They also have amazing cocktails, all served in a well designed and inviting space.

2) Cueva Del Mar: Cueva Del Mar is a local chain, but this location is our favorite. The seafood is fresh and flavorful, but the views here steal the show. Sit at the bar or one of the outdoor tables right on the water!

3) Hipi Cache: This spot is located in Piñones, which is known for the best food on the island. Here you will find the best examples of traditional Puerto Rican food, good mojitos, and all of the best fried foods Piñones is known for, like empanadillas, bacalaitos, alcapurrias and more! The prices here are very reasonable too! Be aware that Piñones is very popular on the weekends and traffic can be very heavy.
